Enjoyed my very comfortable stay for our pick-up service. The room I got was big and huge with air conditioning, a super comfy bed plus a beautiful lush garden. The staff was amicable and best and the host family too. The location was particularly good there, on the outskirts of Ubud.

Had brand-new and large a double room with comfy bed and wake-up service was available in it. The location of the hotel was peaceful - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ubud Town. And the area was very nice, just next door to a transport and the Ubud palace where the central part begins and the center of Ubud.

The a double room we stayed in was big size in a beautiful lush garden. We had an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a fridge. Location: the hotel was just off the centre🙂❤

The beautiful lush garden surrounding the hotel creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel like part of their family. The breakfast spread is a delightful mix of local dishes, giving you the chance to try authentic Balinese cuisine.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Bali and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and shops. , the rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. Another thing we liked was the daily housekeeping, which kept the rooms clean and tidy.

Our stay was marred by a few issues. the staff was not very helpful and we had trouble communicating with them.

No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable - the best we had during our whole trip. And the breakfasts, oh my goodness, they were simply delicious. Each morning we were treated to a variety of Balinese specialties that were mouthwatering. The location of the inn was also ideal, just a short walk from the center of Ubud. We truly felt at home here and cannot recommend The Hidden Bali Inn enough. this was an exceptional experience.

Nothing that I didn't like

The breakfast was decent and the room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the town, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing complimentary rides to certain destinations and offering suggestions for things to do.

The room was quite small and cramped. There wasn't much space to move around or store luggage.

We had the best experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure everything was clean and in great condition. The location was perfect for exploring this city, with easy transportation options and parking available. Additionally, the breakfast they served was delicious and provided both continental and local options. We couldn't have asked for better hotel facilities and service during our trip.
